Advanced printhead control system for X-BAR and legacy Kodak systems
The Universal Controller is a direct replacement for the Kodak CS400, CS410 and CS450 System Controllers, CD130 and CD132 Datastations, which has been developed by KaoCollins Inc. This advanced controller system provides seamless integration with modern inkjet technology while maintaining compatibility with legacy systems, including a new integrated tach and cue system.
Designed to work with the revolutionary X-BAR printhead system, the Universal Controller can print IJPDS and PDF data streams, supporting both the X-BAR 4" and 9" heads, Kodak 6240 printheads, and potentially the DS9100 based on requirements.
The ripping power from your datastream to PDF far exceeds our competitors ripping power, ripping to print at 600dpi x 1200dpi when your press is running at full speed is not a problem. This controller is built to deliver you production quantity with excellent print quality.
