Registration is being prepared — here is how access works today.

Customer area under development

We are building out the customer admin area. There is not much to see in the dashboard yet, but approved accounts can already access the waveform converter and knowledge base once we grant access. Online self-registration will be enabled here soon.

Need the waveform generator?

Our online tool converts CSV wavetable files into waveform files for the Fuji 4300 Mini printing system. Access is reviewed manually and granted to approved customers.

What to include in your request

To help us review your application quickly, please tell us:

  • Your name and company — who you work for and your role
  • Contact details — email and phone number
  • Printing system — e.g. Fuji 4300 Mini, printbar model, or other industrial inkjet equipment
  • Intended use — how you plan to use the waveform converter or customer tools
  • Location — country and site if relevant for support

System requirements (waveform converter)

  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
  • CSV wavetable file prepared to our format (see the waveform tuning service page for guidance)
  • SD card or suitable media for loading generated waveform files onto your press
  • Approved Phoenix Digital Solutions customer login
